SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Our goods are dispatched from our Mumbai HQ and can be delivered anywhere pan-India. Please be aware that shipping in India can take time due to the geography. Goods are generally delivered in 7-10 days, except bespoke products.

Our customers will generally have a meeting with our Customer Success Team before submitting any assessment referrals, or requesting Product In-Service training. We're hear to help!! So, please feel free to reach our and let us listen to how we can support you.

Orders can be placed online, or via Purchase Order

Following a meeting with our Customer Success Team, we will request the documents required to set you up as a customer. These will include details of our primary contact (usually Global Ergonomics Managers, Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or Human Resources), accounts department contact, billing entity name and address details. These can be outside of India, and we are able to bill via third-parties for work completed within India. For example, if you currently have a provider of managed workplace assessments, they can be set-up as a customer on our system in order to easily fulfil your product requirements.

  • Browse & Order

    We provide free product in service training to your staff, or assessment provider, so they can make recommendations from our product range. If you’d prefer, and for a small charge, one of our workstation assessors can provide a remote workstation assessment to understand your employee’s needs and recommend products to overcome their aches and pains. The written report can also be used as an audit trail to show that workplace adjustments are being sought and put in place.

  • Pack & Ship

    Orders are generally sent from our stock. Please be aware that delivery takes longer in India than in some other major economies, the UK and Singapore, for example. This is due to size of the country and infrastructure. Stock items are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Delhi, Noida, Mumbai and Pune are often at the lower end, whilst cities in southern India, like Chennai or Bangalore, will be nearer to the 10-day mark. Bespoke items will need to be manufactured before they can be dispatched.

  • Deliver & Receive

    We use couriers to deliver to the goods-in point within any company campus, or to a residential address for home-workers. Chairs and desks will be delivered in a boxed format and will require some very simple assembly. Following delivery, we can provide on-going guidance and assistance remotely to ensure the user is comfortable and received maximum benefit from the workplace adjustments put in place.
