Workplace Needs Assessment
This specialist assessment is designed to support employees with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, autism, epilepsy, migraines, and cognitive differences. Delivered one-to-one, the assessment focuses on understanding the individual’s role, strengths, and specific challenges at work. From this, we identify tailored, evidence-based reasonable adjustments to improve comfort, performance, and inclusion. Recommendations may include strategy coaching, changes to the working environment, ergonomic equipment, assistive technology, and software solutions. All assessments are carried out by experienced Workplace Needs Assessors holding recognised SpLD practising certifications and professional registrations, ensuring a compliant, person-centred, and practical outcome.
