Our Workplace Needs Assessment is a specialist, one-to-one service designed to support employees with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions in the workplace.
We work closely with each individual to gain a clear understanding of their role, strengths, and challenges. This allows us to identify the most effective reasonable adjustments that enable long-term performance, comfort, and wellbeing at work.
