The Ergochair Thigh Support Cell is an inflatable ergonomic seat adaptation designed to provide targeted support beneath the thighs. The air cell can be fitted individually or as a pair, allowing the chair to be configured according to the user's specific seating and support requirements.

When two Thigh Support Cells are fitted, both cells inflate together as standard, providing balanced support across the seat. For users who require more precise positioning, independent operation is available as an optional upgrade, allowing each cell to be adjusted separately to accommodate differences between the left and right sides.

The Thigh Support Cell is particularly useful for users with muscle wastage, an uneven pelvis, or amputation. It can also be configured to create a relief channel through the middle of the seat. When inactive, the air cell lies completely flat, while inflation provides approximately 80–90 mm of depth for substantial and adjustable support.
